The Original Stinky Ashtray
Bill Salviano, Stinky Cigar
Bill Salviano started with a deep silver-plated bowl and a problem: nowhere to rest the cigars. In 2004 he bent coins into stirrups, then built prototypes. The first Stinky ashtrays went on sale later that year.

The original is still sold: deep stainless steel bowl, eight inches across and 3 3/4 inches tall, with four cigar stirrups. Windproof, heat resistant, easy to clean. Quality Importers, the distributor since 2011, later acquired the brand. A design that solved one problem perfectly.
Cigar & Cedar is not a retailer. Details were verified against the maker at the time of publication; availability and pricing may change.
